One camera can record a light crossing the sky. It cannot say how far away it was — a satellite at 500 km and a drone at 500 m draw the same streak. Two cameras 20–60 km apart see the same object from two angles, and the parallax between them gives an altitude. That is the difference between an unexplained clip and a measured one, and it is the one thing this network cannot do with a single camera anywhere.

Put a second camera on the sky

Cells are about 56 km across — deliberately coarse, so the map shows roughly where a camera watches and never where anyone lives. If your area is orange, or blank, you are the second camera.
